“ Melissa is great to work with! Our engagement session was awesome! She met us at a premier location to shoot and directed us as best as possible to get the best shot! We absolutely love those photos! On our wedding day, we weren't as lucky as we were with the weather as we had with our engagement session, but Melissa got super creative from stylish umbrellas, to protecting the crap out of my dress, to still taking photos outside while keeping us dry. It was a cold and rainy day with torrential downpours. Melissa did such a great job to keep the mood positive throughout the whole day. Literally in every one of our photos, there is so much laughter and smiling faces. It made my husband and I so grateful to know that everyone was having a good time while sharing our day with us. She also pays attention and has a great eye for details and the "little things" about your day. She will also literally do ANYTHING to get the perfect shot, even if it means she's backing into a light pole. She is super dedicated and hardworking and such a great person to share your events with. My sister who was in my bridal party, was so impressed with her work and how my day went with our wedding, she hired her for hers! We look forward to working with her again in the future for portrait sessions, family photos, etc.
